Beef shanks

Beef Shanks can easily be turned into Osso Bucco. The nutrient rich marrow that comes with the shank is probably one of the best on the animal.

Just sear the cut on both sides than crock pot with your favorite vegetables.

Carne Asada

We thinly cut your cross rib, if you do not want steaks from this part. You can make a Carna Asada dish, or Philly Cheese Steak sandwiches. Just do a quick flash pan for the meat and dinner is ready

Bone Broth/Demi Glaze

FLANKEN RIBS

KOREN SHORT RIBS:

SPRINKLE BROWN SUGER OVER RIBS EVENLY -LET SIT FOR 10 MINUTES. THEN MIX TOGETHER FOR MARINADE:

1 CUP SOY SAUCE, 1/2 CUP WATER, 1/4 C RICE WINE, 1 FINELY CHOPPED ONION, 1 FINELY GRATED ASIAN PEAR, 4 CLOVES MINCED GARLIC, 2 TBSP SESAME OIL, 1,4 TS BLACK PEPPER. PUT IN LARGE ZIPLOC BAGS AND REFRIGERATE OVERNIGHT.
